The infrastructure in London is very very good. Offcourse, there may be some Londoners who r not happy with lot of stuff here, but on a comparitive basis, i'm sure this city is among the best.
The most striking feature is that this city has retained its old world charm and preserved its history inspite of all the developments. This is not a typical concrete and glass jungle like most other mega cities. There are very few high rises leave alone skyscrapers.The city is truly global & cosmopolitan and it is wonderful to find people from all parts of the globe.
Had a lovely n heavy lunch - lamb biriyani, egg dosa, kothu parota, pongal, chilli paneer, tomato rice n fish fry :-) thanks to the mini india that is eastham.
